Waterbury Republican American Dr. Ebenezer Kolade, owner of New Era Rehabilitation Center, wants to open a methadone clinic at 447 Meriden Road, which is next to Chase Elementary School in the city's East End. It would be in building previously occupied by a walk-in medical clinic. |
