Will it make my hair go thin? Will it be harmful? I heard it has a lot of radiation and can cause hair loss.. I’m only 14..

No, definitely will not do this. There are very few side effects of this scan, and most have to do with allergic reactions.
edit: since everyone else seems to be discussing “hair loss”, which has not occurred in your case, it’s a mote point. to repeat – hair loss is not a side effect of a CT scan., otherwise I’d be bald by now. -:)
