It’s a slang reference to withdrawal symptoms people have after being off of a certain drug they’ve been addicted to such as nicotine or alcohol.

It means they are suffering because they are without said person or thing.

You have probably been drinking for a long time so your body is not used to the stop of alcohol you should have continued to drink and lowered the amount after every couple days and slowly stopped now i think you should start but not too much and from there slowly stop.

What Did People in Mental Institutions Do?

Question by Boom.: What did people in mental institutions do?
Hm yeah I know probably an odd question but I was just curious as to what the patients in the old asylums actually did while in there?
I mean looking at some videos they were obviously huge, so were patients just allowed to roam free and do whatever they like? Or were there certain places they couldn’t go or do? Did they do any activities or is it true that they were abused and locked up?

Answers appreciated, thankyou!
