There are no “toxins” in your body that are not either just passing through and will be eliminated by normal body processes or are so firmly embedded in your fat tissue that they likely will be there until you die. Any substance or program that purports to “detox” your body is spreading a fantasy based on someone’s imagination and not anything real.
