(Please helpful advice, I don’t need anyone telling me what a horrible person I am, because I already feel horrible) I took a pregnancy test after not having my period for two months in a row. I made an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow, but I don’t know what to expect. I am 20 years old and have been addicted to heroin for just over two years now (injecting for the past six months), in addition to the occasional line or two of cocaine, and marijuana. What will happen when I go to the doctor tomorrow? What should I say? If anyone has any information or know from experience what they will do? Tests, ultrasound what? I really want to do whats best for this baby, and will do what it takes. I already know that child protective services will most likely be involved and will deal with anything that I have too. Thanks.
