You can’t. It just takes time.
Of course, the BEST thing to do is to NOT drink alcohol if you’ve been told NOT to. And if you’ve been told NOT to and yet, you do it anyway…….that just shows you are an alcoholic.
There is no way to fool a drug test. None. It will take from 5-7 days (at least) for it to be out of your system.
If you have to meet with probation tomorrow and you drank tonight, last night, etc., then the BEST thing you can do is to go into your appointment and TELL your PO:
“I screwed up. I know I’m not supposed to drink and yet I did it anyway. I realize I am an alcoholic—if I weren’t, I wouldn’t have gotten into trouble in the first place. Please put me into an alcohol program.”

Been working-out for 3 months now without any supplements or drugs. I see some people in the gym that have really great bodies but I hear that most of them have taken anabolics to get in that shape they’re in. I was wondering will I ever improve my physic with just pure lifting weights and no drugs or is this would be a long, perpetual process that would have little end results? A few gym buddies are also suggesting I start with Amino tablets but they said if I don’t work it off I’ll get a bad case of acne. Anyways, thanks for your answers. ;-)
