Open Question: Mitt Romney drug enforcement policy’s?

I heard that Mitt Romney’s policy’s would close all of the methadone clinics in the country.This has been the intention of the DEA for some reason. Don’t these people know what this would create. there would be a massive increase in heroin use in this country over night. Please tell me these people are not that stupid
