Open Question: Methadone Overdose, Please Help!?

Okay my best friend has taken a methadone overdose of 60mg she has a BMI of 15 (she has anorexia and depression) she’s 19 and a half. She was found quite quickly (within half an hour of taking the overdose), she was having difficulty breathing, I don’t know all the details but shes in hospital now. What are the short and long term effects? what treatment till be given? Thank you!
