My Uncle Has Been Diagnosed With Cancer and He Is Uninsured, How Can I Raise Money to Help Pay for Treatments?

Question by Hope E: My uncle has been diagnosed with cancer and he is uninsured, how can I raise money to help pay for treatments?
My uncle is 47, married with 3 children. Ages: 17,13, and 7. His grand child is 7 months old. He is self employed so he has no health insurance. My mother lives with my husband and I and we are 7 hours away from him. One thing I can do so far away is raise money to help pay for his treatments. I need suggestions and ideas because I’ve never attempted anything like this.
