If you are deprived of something you’re addicted to, you experience withdrawal. What withdrawal consists of depends on your addiction: with coffee, it’s headaches, fatigue and irritability; with heroin you get insomnia, diarrhea, vomiting, and cold flashes.

My first guess is that he’s teasing you about your sex life (if you haven’t been getting any recently) or saying, “Wow, it’s been so long since we talked — I bet you have withdrawal from me” but he could be referring to anything you haven’t been able to do recently.
