Question by Lynette: Ex failed both court evaluations but never went to rehab or batterers intervention program, wants UNSUPERVISED?
Firstly, we’re in Washington state.
Secondly, I am the SOLE custodial parent-legal & physical.
Ex was ordered SUPERVISED visitation with children and to take a drug & alcohol evaluation, as well as a domestic violence evaluation and to “comply with all suggestions”-that is the order, it was written Sept. 2012.
Ex waits until a year later Sept and Oct 2013 to take evals, he fails BOTH, is referred to “58 week Batterers Intervention Programs” and “Intensive Out Patient” treatment, with random U.A.
Ex does NOT do ANY TREATMENT.
Ex serves me with papers asking for UNsupervised visits now.
What are the LOOP holes, IF ANY, that would cause the SAME judge to change their mind and give UNsupervised visitation without him “complying with” the evaluators “suggestions”?

I feel that it is something that you are born with,it may not actually form until you are older but think that it is buried inside a persons mind. I think that there can be incounters that could make this disease surface. Trama and differant situations can bring out many diseases that we never knew we had tucked away.

I guess the way I see it is people describe being high on weed as the most amazing mind blowing awe inspiring feeling ever (but then again I’m in high school).I’ll regret not trying it sooner,be thankful I tried it,and not want to stop.But then they say it’s not addictive.
If it’s that great then why isn’t it addicting mentally?You’d think something that “awesome” would be.
If it’s not addicting then why do people seem to obsess over this stuff and describe it in that way.
I’ve come to the conclusion it’s either it’s overrated or it’s more addicting than I thought.
I’ve only run into a few people who say it’s really nice,but not that nice.They say it’s just a moderate thing to do at parties or after a long week.Fun,but no more so then masturbating.
