Methadone Treatment: Resolved Question: Morphine IV, Dilaudid IV and Fentanyl IV No Longer Work What Can I Recommend the Doctor Try?

Resolved Question: Morphine IV, Dilaudid IV and Fentanyl IV no longer work what can I recommend the doctor try?
I am not a druggie before you come to that conclusion. Two years ago I spent nearly five months straight in the hospital receiving chemotherapy/treatment for my lymphoma. I was on and off morphine IV, dilaudid IV, and fentanyl IV. After recent surgeries, and trips to the ER. I have been given morphine/fentanyl/dilaudid and it did not even slightly touch the pain, make me feel tired, or nothing. Just feels like I was receiving normal saline. The jack the dose of the medicine up also, nothing touches the pain still. I know I have built an extremely high tolerance to opiates, but what else can I suggest the doctor’s try I am lost. The only thing that touches the pain is Percocet but I am on an extremely high dose. What other medicines should I suggest to my surgeon? Any advice is appreciated, I am just looking for suggestions to make to my doctor.
