Ive already been threw treatment, luckly a friend of mine is ready to start their recovery. They are having a hard time getting into a clinic and they are aginst Methadone. Does anyone know of any doctors in the west virginia. maryland, pa area?

Im only 12 and I don’t know what to do. She went to treatment for two weeks, and got “better”. I am scared she will try. She tried to overdose on methadone, and she drank vodka too, while crawling
To her ex husbands doorstep, trying to say goodbye. She somehow survived, and paramedics came. Please help.

She doesn’t have an addiction. She had some methadone from a few years ago… She had horrible headache problems. She was never a heroin addict.

I am four months pregnant and I am addicted to hydrocodone. I want to get off the hydro and get clean. But I cannot quit cold turkey because of the risk of miscarriage, premature labor and seizures. Methadone is the highest recommended treatment for opiate addiction during pregnancy. What I want to know is, will my family doctor prescribe me methadone for my addiction or just not give me anything because I cannot risk that. It is not just my safety, but the safety of my unborn child that I must consider. Withdrawals can cause a number of complications during pregnancy, some of them fatal for the mother or the fetus. Will he help me? Will he expect me to go cold turkey? Because I know better than that. I am NOT supposed to do that, especially during pregnancy. Will he give me the methadone that I need?

i have major depression with and think about suicide. I canot funtion well and am losing will power to live. I have tried everything including meds, tms, and ect. Im considering turning to opiates or any other drug that would make me feel better. I know people are going to say thats not a good route, but either is suicide at this point. What are some good ways to beat depression using some drugs off label use? please dont tell me that suicide and drugs are bad, im well aware. I was thinking methadone
