Methadone Treatment: Open Question: What Are the Odds That I Will Win Back Custody of My Son?

Open Question: What are the odds that i will win back custody of my son?
I was incarcerated a couple years back (it wasn’t for anything violent.I have no charges related to violence)and my mother convinced me that I needed to assigned her and my step father temporary guardianship over my son so that if for some reason he needed d medical treatment he could get it. So I signed what I assumed was temporary custody, it said temporary/permanent. Plus I believed my mother I never thought she’d lie, but she did. Come to find out it’s permanent! I’ve wanted him back for some time but I’m afraid of losing my mother complete. Bear in mind that I’ve had my struggle with illicit drugs, but I’m on the road to recovery. I’m on suboxone now and I know it’s still a drug but I’m stable now and have been for a year plus I’m attending counseling. My parents on the other hand…my stepdad is an alcoholic and is prescribed methadone 90mg a day plus kolonopin. My mother is also on methadone and smokes pot. And their home is filthy they have 3 dog’s and they urinate and deficate wherever they want. Plus my son doesn’t even have a room I bought him a bed and they let the dogs sleep on it. He sleeps on the couch. Me on the other hand I keep a clean home and I have a huge extra room that I’d like to make his. Unfortunately I’m looking for a job,but I’m planning to start college soon. and my fiance is supporting me and he says he wouldn’t have an issue supporting my son too. By the way I’m 26 my parents are48 and 62. What do u think my odds are of getting him back?
