Resolved Question: How do you detox off of percocet? Advice for a non-abuser?

Ive been on percocets for less than six months due to a break in my arm. over time i downed my mg to 10mg but when i go t 5 i feel like im in pain again. Ive never gotten high off of it, and i max take them 5 times a day. what should i do without going cold turkey (didnt work out well) my dr is still going to write me certain scripts to help my process.I would like to get this over and done with.
