Some say there is no ‘scientific evidence’ that supports massage therapy. Yet there ARE many research findings from clinical studies.
What is a truthful response that could be given to anyone who points out that there is no scientific evidence supporting massage?
**There must be a few health treatments that are accepted and approved but aren’t supported by hard core ‘scientific evidence’ in the most technical sense of the term, right?

In most modern medicine, there is rarely a difference between the two.
Scientists in this area, however, are always on the lookout for the placebo effect (when people feel better because they think the cure has worked) and the regression fallacy (where they get better anyway, and assume it was the cure). And as every scientist will tell you- correlation does not equal causation.
