My son has been on a state fun (CA) methadone program for 16 years; his teeth have fallen out, he is extremely undernourished; how can this be allowed and called a “PROGRAM”?

umm he probly wont want 2 go but meth kills so unless he gets arrested and sent to a program by force ur gona have to make him in the end if he quits im sure hell thank u
