How to Tell Someone That They Aren’t Parenting Right for Their Baby?HELP?

Question by Brandon: How to tell someone that they aren’t parenting right for their baby?HELP?
I am in a difficult situation. so as my parents. My sister daughter is 15 months old and she’s developing too quick. She gets spoiled and doesn’t listen when you tell her NOT to touch other peoples stuff and toys that aren’t there’s at the store and throwing things that aren’t even hers and going into every cabinet and everything ect and she gets mad and cries about it when I say No and my parents say no but my sister supports her baby to let her touch everything. And today their was an incident that my sister was taking a shower. The baby was in the same room as her she wasn’t watching her baby and the baby went into a cabinet and got into some rubbing alcohol bottle. And un twisted the cap and poured it all on top of her self and got it in her eye. And we had to call the “poison center” my sister gets mad and blames it on my mom because it was her rubbing alcohol in my moms cabinet. And my sister just doesn’t get it she should have watched her own f****ing baby from letting her and was too bad of a mother to train her to get into peoples stuff and cabinets that’s just a NO. I just don’t know how to tell her that she needs to discipline her baby without her getting mad and stubborn. How should I tell her with my parents??????????? And people may say on here oh she don’t know she’s only 15 months, yes she does and babies develop at a very young age so! So help me out? Who else thinks its the parent fault?

Do u have children? If not you wont know how hard it is to control a child under 2!! Because before then they are asserting their independance and can seem “out of control” all a mother (or father) can really do under 2 is tell them no sternly an keep removin them from the situation.
And if a mother cant have a ten min break to take a shower then her friends and family are not helpig and deserve a kick up the backside
