I need one that has a counseling clinic and veterinary clinic/hospital for career purposes. If you live in a town that has that, please give me the name and any information that could be helpful.

All of the cities in LA and many of the larger towns will have vet clinics/hospitals. Not sure what you mean by “counseling clinic”, but the same situation probably applies.
