I’m trying to change my eating habits and I have stopped eating a lot of the junk food, fast food and snacks that I eat. i also limited the amount of times a day I snack. I feel anxiety and I want to eat more. i feel depressed and shaky. is that normal?

Yes it is, especially if you’ve cut down on sugar, refined carbs, and/or caffeine.

Stick it out and you will begin to feel better.

If you’re really hungry (not just feeling like eating) then eat something nutritious and satisfying. Going hungry is a recipe for ending up face-down in the ice cream. Eat until you are satisfied, but not stuffed. Drink your water and get some exercise.
