Can Anyone With Medical Experience Help?

Question by Requiem: Can anyone with medical experience help?
My friend (16 year old female) has a constant pain (5 days out of the week, roughly) in her thighs, hips, lower back. It’s been going on for quite a while and her doctors say nothing is wrong. I’m worried, and don’t like her discomfort, so… I’m asking you guys.

If she takes pain meds, they wear off within an hour, and the pain isn’t so serious she can’t move, it just stops her from doing anything more than walking, really. She says she feels like she’s her forty+ year old mother.
