AP Parents, When Did You Transition Co-Sleeping Babies to Their Cribs?

Question by Mitch & Katie’s Mama: AP parents, when did you transition co-sleeping babies to their cribs?
I’m just wondering what the norm is for making them sleep in their own beds. I have my daughter on a day bed next to our bed so she starts of in that but always ends up between us and she’s 10 months old. She wakes up 2 or 3 times a night so it is impossible to have her in her own room just yet.
