@sam8027 Hi! I I got off at 25 mgs. I have heard good things about subutex
however it may be just as addictive as methadone if you don’t get off of it
right away. For me , the anxiety was the worst part of getting off
methadone. My Doctor gave me valium for that.Without it I don’t know if I
could have done it. I think you will have to go through some withdrawal and
my advice is that you get something for anxiety…just don’t abuse or
substitute it for methadone…
Im on day 3 coming off 1mg after going to the clinic for a year and a half.
If i could give any advice taper down because coming off 1mg is like
nothing compared to when i tried before the withdrawl symptoms are very
bareable. And they have otc restless leg pills that have been helping me
tons. Just thought id help anyone who happen to stumble on this… (i also
moved away from friends and people i knew who used that helped too)
Dude. 25mg to 0 is badass. You’re way tougher than I. Why not go lower
before jumping?
