In our society where we claim to be free, why shouldnt we legalize
marijuana? It kills no one and should be a freedom for us citizens to
choose. And many governors use the ruse that it cant be legalized at the
state level because it is illegal at the federal level. This is wrong
because the War on Drugs is unconstitutional according to the 10th
Amendment. The Commerce clause can only regulate products traveling between
state borders. There for if it is grown and sold in NJ it can be legalized.
