    cathecolamines which in turn are the main vasoconstrictors. This constricts
    kidneys’ blood-vessels, elevates internal blood pressure in kidneys and
    reduces blood flow, which all prevents kidneys from secreting uric acids
    from blood to urine. Fresh caffeine binds uric acids from blood to tissues,
    where they crystallize.

    Bad advice. Caffeine is bad for you EOF. Switching to green or any other
    colored tea is self-deception. The correct way to help body to recover from
    caffeine abuse is to neutralize the active acidic caffeine metabolites that
    cause headache, depression, muscle stiffness, and btw. also the
    caffeinist’s morning dementia. Go alkalic and drink nothing else but plenty
    of water.

    @madmanmantra Interesting, I’ve never heard of that approach. Unless you
    are using an organic version, coffee is one of the most polluted crops, so
    be sure to buy a respectable, organic brand. And watch the caffeine intake
    on a regular basis, make it a conscious choice to enjoy it rather than an

    I can’t say that I receive massive benefit from it. I doubt that anyone
    does really. It’s more of an emotional thing really, and I’m aware that
    it’s really not good for my adrenals. But it helps me cope with emotional
    issues at times when it gets too much to handle. It sort of numbs me down
    and slows the “emo detox”. Perhaps not the best method, but it could be a
    lot worse. I haven’t noticed my body becoming more acidic by it though.
    That’s why I reacted to the claim.

    Henrik, Indeed it is the excess amount of chemicals in the non-organic
    coffee that contribute to its acidity. If you enjoy or receive massive
    benefit from coffee, organic, low acid varieties are available. There is

    Eehh, not so sure about this. Coffee has empty calories? There is almost no
    fucking calories, is then water also empty calorie? Saturated fats? There
    might me a maximum 1 g of fat in a cup, if it´s filter brewed i suppose.
    Why would you get ups and downs in blood sugar levels when there is no
    sugar in coffee!? How does drinking something acidic make your blood
    acidic, the fucking stomach acid is much more acidic than a cup of coffee.
    Also blood buffers base and acid to keep the it stable.
