I have been hearing the term “cleansing program” frequently. I only have some basic knowledge about the subject. I would like to hear from someone that has used it. Can anyone tell me a little bit about it and does it work? And, what does it work against?

I am sure there are many programs. The one I use is Isagenix. I think it is the best! I have lost over 20 lbs and feel better than ever.
