My Brother’s in Trouble AGAIN, Will This Solution Work?

Question by drunkenmermaid09: My brother’s in trouble AGAIN, Will this solution work?
My brother keeps getting busted w/ marijuana by my mom and he just doesn’t learn. At my dad’s house, he’s allowed to do what he wants, so they just almost encourage him to keep doing it. My mom doesn’t want him to move over there just to keep doing it, but she doesn’t want him here anymore. My solution is that he moves to my dad’s, and my mom contacts the police about his drug use and stash, hoping it will encourage him to stop. The only thing my mom is worried about is that she’ll end up paying for court fees and such because my dad doesnt have FULL custody of him. What do you think?? Any ideas??
My brother’s 16.

My dad smokes pot too.

He got busted last summer for breaking into a school with all his pot smoking friends and went to court but got off with probation.

send him to rehab so she doesn’t have to pay court fees in the future and tell your dad to get a grip on life and be a responsible parent.
