What is “opiates” is it found or is made out of cocaine,if found in your system will u fail a drug test or is this just my friend blowing smoke? Would really love to shut down Ms.KNOWITALL….

Wow… Misinformation hurts me…
Opiates are made from the Opium Poppy, paupaver soniferum (sp). They are a downer, as they slow the bodys processes, but mainly used for intense euphoria. Cocaine, on the other hand, is an upper, made from coca leavers. They are not related to each other at all, besides being addictive and harmful.
If you take any form of opiate (pure opium, heroin, Oxycodone, ect), you will fail a drug test for OPIATES, but not for COCAINE.
