I am currently taking 50 mgs once a day, but I feel like I should be taking more. Would it be okay to take it twice a day?

I assume you are taking Naltrexone for opioid (Morphine, heroin, alcohol etc) addiction. You can take twice a day but the interval may change i.e Monday 100mg, Wednesday 100mg, Friday 100mg.
The ‘feeling’ you get is the addiction you may have.
