Open Question: i signed for cas to have acce ss to my methadone clinic can they take my kids for peeing dirty?

i love my kids and never done drugs in my house but cas wont let me go home at night because my urine has been dirty four weeks i gave them permission or signed that they could check with my clinic and now they say they have enough to take me to court can they do this legaly cause they have been a nightmare to my family ever since they have steped in my house what can i do never have i come home high on drugs and because my wife told them she never sees me come home high they kick me out of my own home just so they can be sure can anyone give me some advice please
