-reaaaally red eyes and small pupils
-running in place while looking for something
-sitting, but can’t keep legs from twitching
-mumbling/thick tongue
-spending 10+ mins in restroom a few times a day
-broken out and picked face
My brother is an ex heroin addict. My family thinks he’s been using and these are the signs. He says we’re crazy, and blames it on “mood swings opiate addicts go through their first year of recovery”
I also found the insides of a pen in his garbage.
Would you believe him?

no, i would say he was still using. all the signs are there. men hate the truth and they hate being caught out
