Open Question: Can i start the methadone clinic when i have an open CPS case?

I was on methadone for 4 years then got pregnant & weened myself done to 10mgs before i had my daughter who was boarderlining addiction. they weeneded her down then DHHR/CPS persued a case. Now i cant find another suboxone program doctor since i left my old one. (which treated me like ****.)
i mean im in CPSs hands because of methadone but what can the CPS workers say or do if i start the methadone clinic?

Open Question: Help about methadone serious question?

My boyfriend is on methadone bc he served in the army and was hurt in Iraq he was on codine and some other meds and now he was functioning on the pills but still in a lot of pain now he has been zombie like since he just started this would be his 3 rd week they have him at 80 mg and today he started hullucinating weird stuff I got so scared not for safety but Omg what is wrong he took 2 pills he is prescribed they are zanex each 1 mg and he hasn’t been taking them but he started stressing about money and took them today the thing is methadone was early and a zanex by like 8am and fixed a flat tire came home took another around 12 and then fell asleep from 1:30- 6 was doing good and we stopped stressing and was trying to watch a movie and then he started hullucinating he hasn’t taken anything else I’m so scared he fell back to sleep and I’m taking him to the clinic in the morning but what do ya’ ll think happened for a reaction to be so delayed bc of the meds I would think he would have issues earlier
