I took a neurontin bc I had a horrible migraine & my girlfriend is prescribed them. I took it bc they r supposedly non-narcotic. I get drug tested at my methadone clinic and it said I came back positive for opiates AND oxycontins! I havent touched opiates in over 4 yrs! So now they took my takehome bottles away & I did nothing wrong! Help!

My name is Suzanne Murrey and my best friend has been taking methadone for years, she doesnt have the money to detox clinically. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she is left homeless, i took her in. I love her like a sister. Please help us. What does a person do when you literally cannot afford the daily $ 9.00 a day. I have tried but have only fallen behind on my bills ((A LOT)) lol. Seriously she is no burden at all. She is one of the sweetest people i have ever met. She is TERRIFIED on detoxing cold turkey. I am borrowing from family but that has run out also. She also pay $ 3.00 on bus fair. I have watched daily spend a half day getting to the clinic and she also was cleaning the methadone clinic here in Oklahoma city, but she phased up and will not have to be there but four days a week. I have observed her carefully and she is clean and a true survivor in many ways, Desires the good things in life, a life without methadone. A life with here children and a future. I am just one person and cannot provide for her and she has no family to speak of that does not do some type of drug. Her children would be much better with her. As she is totally clean except for the methadone. Could you PLEASE advise me. I desire the best for her life as i do my own. She lost a step daughter who was buried alive tortured to her death. She has risen above this and seeks healing. Again. Your help would be SO appreciated. Obviously I am desperate. Thank You For your Time and Consideration
Resolved Question: Ive been going to the methadone clinic for 4 1/2 monthes, im on 95mgs, if I quit will I go through withdrawls?
