Well I go to a Methadone clinic now. I hate going because of the ridiculously junked out assholes that make the place look terrible. Seen some grown lady rolling around on the ground whining today. Made me look bad for being around this lady. Don’t place myself above these people but the complaining all these ppl do make DRs and everyday ppl not take a methadone user serious. My problem is I’ve taken xanax for social anxiety since I was 15 and when I take it (even a tiny dose where I just have it in my system) something chemically in my brain changes where I no longer studder, avoid eye contact, fear social situations. Its something I can’t explain but people automatically hear xanax and look at a 22 year old guy (now methadone user) and think “he’s abusing it to get high” and when I seen the grown woman rolling around crying I said “I can’t tell him about the xanax he’ll never believe me. So now basically a week later he wants me to do another drug test Monday (its Friday now) and specifically said “no benzos!” And I have a prescription and everything but I recon I’m just gonna have to duck and dodge these tests until I finally get caught and have to explain this before they fianlly kick me out. So my question is: for Monday if I use my woman’s piss and just give her some methadone will that work or will they detect low levels?
Should I just stop today drink lots of water and pray for Monday? I just want my damn medicine Monday I work two jobs ain’t got time to explain and beg the Dr like a little junky bitch. Haha
Open Question: Can anybody give me advise about going to pain management?

My pcp is referring me to a pain management center cus I have arthritis from my L1 to S1 & he doesn’t prescribe pain meds. He said I need long term pain management but I nervous about going. I thought they where like methadone clinics so I’m scared I don’t want that stuff it kills people!! What’s the difference between pain management & a methadone clinic? And what kind of meds will they prescribe to me? Thank u for ur time & advise

I am looking for a doctor in Edmonton AB ot close by who would prescribe suboxone to my friend. He has an addictiOn to opiates and really wants to get off but is having difficulty doing so.
