Voting Question: I want to sue the methadone clinic I visited…?

I was recently out of town and my stay was extended a few weeks. I am a recovering heroin addict and have been on methadone for awhile. I haven’t failed a U.A. Once since three start and because of that I’m able to take home a month’s worth a doses at a time. But only a week’s worth if I’m courtesy dosing, which is when I go to a methadone clinic out of town who then coordinates with the clinic I regularly attend. I have had to come to this clinic before, and last time, with my clinic’s permission, I was able to get seven doses at a time. The reason this is important is because when I drive home it takes two or three days and without methadone for that long you start having physical withdrawal symptoms. So my regular clinic sent two septate notes saying that it was alright with them to give me a week’s worth of medication. I explained to them how long it took to drive home. The woman in charge continually said she’s look for the fax and when I had it sent specifically to her she denied getting it. I can prove otherwise. On top of that my clinic called and spike with her, at her behest, yet she still didn’t do her job, or give me a reason why I was unable to do what, according to their and my clinic’s criteria, is acceptable. On the way home we ran into some major traffic and ended up taking there days to get home. Once we got into Texas my husband was very tired and in order to get my methadone the next morning we had to continue driving. At this point in time I was experiencing some symptoms but didn’t think it would hinder my driving abilities. A few hours in I threw up and couldn’t stop dry heaving. In the process I ran of the road and punctured two tires. We drive a BMW X5 and had replaced ask of our tires less than two months ago, which cost over $ 1,000. I don’t want some inordinate amount of money but I do feel that they should replace our tires. They have no legitimate reason for what they did. Do you think I could sue?
Voting Question: If you are in a Methadone Clinic would Tramadol show up on the U.A. test they give and would it matter if you?

Would it matter if you have a perscripition for it?
I have a persciption…. and the first test they did was a full panel in the office…from now on they send them out Fed Ex test somewhere else…I told my counsler but she NEEDS my doctors name…I haven’t gone up on doseage and am withdrawing for the next three days..I NEED help and HAVE a perscripition…I am not sure what to do!!!
Resolved Question: I take methadone 45mg. Is it safe to take 10mg ambien for sleep?

I am a methadone clinic patient getting off of opiates, but I cant sleep. I have an old presciption for ambien 10mg. Are the two safe to mix? I know xanax and methadone are fatal but ambien is a lot weaker. Anyone prescribed both by a doctor? I know some people will say ask my doctor but I cant until tommorow and I am soooooo sleep deprived I need rest tonight. I jus want answers from someone who has taken them together and knows for sure its not like fatal or something.

I have been on oxycodone for a few years because I had a few surgery’s and now that I want to stop taking them there is no one able to help. Dr’s can not help. Methadone clinic wants tons of money. Also I work and pay bills and rent. I have no insurance and suboxone is not cheap and hard to find a Dr who can prescribe it. Does this so called help everyone says is out there really out there?
