Would the Lemon Detox Diet Work With This Little Tweak?
Question by gnr_fan11: would the lemon detox diet work with this little tweak?
ive been reading a butt load of stuff about the lemon detox diet cas i wana try it but i like to research these things first.
alot of people have been saying that starving your body of actuall food is really bad for you, which is pretty obvious. so i was wondering if using the detox diet as instructed but taking a mega multi-vitamin in the morning and having a peice of fruit like a banana in the afternoon would allow the same results but also be a safer way of doing the program.
**NOTE** please do not advertice “your diet program” i dont care about that im asking about this diet program. i have seen that alot of these questions are answered by the same people over and over to advertise another type of diet program or spam like “OMG this totally worked for me! i highly recommend it!”

I am going to agree with your plan. I also have been reading about this diet and will begin in the next few days. The fruit should not be a hinderance to your overall goal. My ex wife was on Atkins some years back and very successful She did follow it to the letter, with an occasion night out with some changed to the plan. But at most twice a month.
So, I also like that you are taking some real food as well.
Will between Monday and Wed. I will start this plan.
Hope it works for you.
I tagged the spammer on your post that was selling actiberry.
